Before your recertification
- Call your clinic if you have not been given an appointment date.
- Bring new proof of income for everyone in the household.
- Bring your WIC packet and WIC ID card, as the state asks for every appointment.
If you miss the appointment
Call the clinic right away to reschedule. Benefits are loaded month by month, and a lapse in certification can interrupt them.
