Pennsylvania WIC Offices is an independent directory of WIC clinics in Pennsylvania, edited by Agustín Mendez from Pinamar, Argentina. It is not run by Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of WIC, a local WIC agency or the USDA, and it cannot book appointments, see your file or decide eligibility.
Where the listings come from
Every clinic on the site comes from the clinic search of the Pennsylvania WIC Family Portal (wic.health.pa.gov), queried once for each of the 67 counties. We downloaded the official listing on November 6, 2026: 211 clinics in 65 counties. Each clinic page links to the exact source it was taken from.
Hours and "open now"
The official source publishes no opening hours for these clinics, so the site shows no hours and no "open now" status. We never estimate hours.
Maps and distances
Clinic locations are placed with the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder from the official street address. When an address cannot be matched, the clinic is placed at the center of its ZIP code and distances are marked with ≈. Distances are straight-line miles, not driving distance.
Guides
Income limits, food lists, card and app details are taken from official Pennsylvania WIC pages and documents. Each guide shows its sources and the date we checked them. If an official page was unavailable when we checked, the guide says so instead of filling the gap.
Corrections
If a clinic moved, closed or changed its phone number, write to [email protected] with the clinic name and, if you can, a link to the official page that shows the change. We fix confirmed errors and update the date on the page.
