Moving within Pennsylvania
Find the clinic for your new county in the county list and call to transfer. Bring your eWIC card and WIC ID card to the first visit.
Moving to another state
Federal WIC rules let a participant who moves keep receiving WIC in the new state until the end of the current certification period. Ask your clinic for a Verification of Certification (VOC) document before you leave, then contact the WIC program in the new state.
Moving to Pennsylvania
Call 1-800-WIC-WINS or a local clinic, and bring the VOC from your previous state together with proof of your new Pennsylvania address.
